Since you have been unfaithful to her, it is doubly unfair of you to expose her to the risk of disease and not warn her about it. Make sure you and your girlfriend are treated completely. Do not share your medicine and take your full treatment even after your symptoms start to disappear. You must use a condom when you sleep with your girlfriend.
