For a given community (district, region, country), review and determine the current level of participation by communities in each of the activities on the chapati. Think about:

• the inputs made into each activity
• the share of potential input from communities.

Draw a solid line in the segment at the level that represents the current level.

For example, if you think that communities are contributing about 50% in terms of the total inputs to a given area, divide that segment of the chapati in half with a solid line.

Now, using a darker or differently coloured line, put in what you think the level of participation should be.
